General reminder

After a rainy beginning we are now enjoying baseball every night. Please remember we are an organization that is run by volunteers. Whether that is coaches, parent volunteers, stand parents, board members, it's all volunteer fueled fun. Please do your part by cleaning up any trash you may have at games in our Aston, Dandy Lion and Jefferson complexes. Also please be respectful of residential neighbors to our fields. Of course let's also remember to be respectful of each other. Profanity near the children will not be tolerated.

All Star Coordinators Needed

Please be advised, for All Stars we need volunteers for the following positions:

  • All Star Uniform Coordinator
  • All Star Field Coordinator
  • All Star Stand Coordinator

We will need these coordinators for BOTH Boys & Girls All Stars

Please note: If we do not receive volunteers for these positions, NPDLL will NOT host any home All Star games at our fields

If you can volunteer for these positions, please contact Trevor Hafner ASAP.

All Star Manager Candidates

Any rostered Major Division manager or coach interested in managing one of our three potential all star teams (9/10, 10/11, or 11/12) should submit their name along with their desired level to the league secretary via our email address (dandylion@northpoconobaseball.com) no later than end of day Monday, May 23, 2016.

Any level not receiving a manager submission will not field a team.

 

Tball/Coach Pitch Opening Day CANCELLED

Hello Nation-

 

Due to the continued and expected lousy weather, we will be cancelling the Opening Day ceremonies scheduled for tomorrow for the Tball and Coach Pitch divisions. With the game schedule starting right up, there will be no make-up date for the ceremony.

 

Pictures for all divisions will be rescheduled shortly.

Major/Minor Opening Day CANCELLED

Hello Nation-

Unfortunately, due to the expected weather this Sunday, we will be cancelling the Opening Day ceremonies for the Major/Minor divisions. With the game schedule starting right up, there will be no make-up date for the ceremony.

Pictures are being rescheduled to Saturday 5/7 and the schedule for that will be added to the website shortly.

We would like to wish all teams in both divisions good luck as we begin divisional play!!

April Board Meeting

The April 25th meeting has been cancelled due to the NPDLL sponsored game with the RailRiders. Anyone that would like tickets should reach out to their manager or any board member.

Next meeting is scheduled for May 25th at 7:00 pm at the NP Library.
