The North Pocono Dandy Lion Little League offers a fun and educational baseball and softball experience for players from age 4 to 18 years old. Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, our goal is to assist our 400+ players in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and physical well-being.

North Pocono Dandy Lion Little League's 10/11 baseball all-star team has just beaten Back Mountain American for a second straight day to win the Section 5 title and move on to the PA state tournament in Pittston. North Pocono will play the section 6 winner Sat. at 1 pm.

Absolutely amazing game - perhaps one of the best in NPDLL history. A shocking 5-4 win by our 10/11 all-star baseball team against Back Mountain at Back Mountain. Steve McNulty had the game winning hit - a 2 run double in the 5th and Nate McLain and Nick Rinaldi did the work on the mound. Game tomorrow at Back Mountain at 5:30 against Back Mountain - the winner goes to States!! Thanks for the support of everyone that drove to the game.
Great job by our junior softball all-stars! They fought hard in a 7-5 loss to Carbino Club yesterday. They are the section 5 runners up and should be very proud of their season. Great job and congrats to the players, coaches and fans who make all of us North Pocono proud!
Our 10/11 boys came back from a 8-0 deficit yesterday and won 11-10 against Mountaintop in the 10/11 section 5 tournament at Back Mountain. They will now play in the championship games starting today at 5:30 against Back Mountain at Back Mountain. An if necessary game would be at 5:30 on Tuesday. Go NP!!!
Great year for our Junior Baseball all-stars as their season ended yesterday. Great run! Our Junior softball team plays Carbino at Dandy Lion today at 5:30 and if they win game 1 they play game 2 at 7:30 pm for the Section 5 championship. Our 10/11 boys stayed alive with a 12-2 win over Wallenpaupack yesterday. Today they play at 3 pm against Mountaintop at Back Mountain. The winner plays Back Mountain on Monday for the Section 5 championship and an if necessary game on Tuesday. Go NP!
The section 5 softball game at Aston between North Pocono and Kingston has been postponed to Sat. at 5:30. The section 5 games for our 10/11 baseball team and our junior team have also been postponed until Sat. The 10/11 team plays Wallenpaupack at 5 in Dallas.
We are still looking for a few more teams to play in our first annual Dandy Lion Golf tournament set for August 4 at the beautiful Stone Hedge Golf club near Tunkhannock. If you are interested, the deadline is Wed. July 18. That's this Wed.

Our 10/11 Baseball All-star team won North Pocono Dandy Lion LL's 4th District 17 title on Friday with a 10-0 win over Dunmore.
